Adenoid enlargement (adenoid hypertrophy) is the abnormal growth of the lymphoid tissue located where the nasal cavity meets the oral cavity. It obstructs the passage of air.

Symptoms such as sleeping with the mouth open, snoring, sleep apnea, restless sleep and frequent upper respiratory tract infections are seen. Cases that cannot be controlled with medical treatment are resolved with surgery.

Using state-of-the-art devices such as thermal welding and coblator, the tonsils can be completely removed or reduced without bleeding and painlessly. The patient is discharged the same day.
